All services may be customised based on the Client’s event size, location, and specific requirements. All quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
A booking is considered confirmed only once:
Once a booking is confirmed, these Terms become legally binding.
Provisional bookings will be held for up to 7 days. If no deposit is received within that time, the date may be released to another client.
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are subject to VAT where applicable.

We operate nationwide across the UK. Travel costs are included in most quotes but may vary for remote locations or difficult access sites.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that:
If access is delayed or restricted, the service start time may be affected. No refunds or discounts will be provided for delays outside our control.
We arrive at least 60-90 minutes before the service start time to complete setup.
All equipment, ingredients, and service materials remain the property of Pearl Lemon Events. Clients are not permitted to move, adjust, or operate equipment without permission.
Any loss or damage to company property caused by guests, staff, or venue negligence may result in repair or replacement charges.
We comply with all UK food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
All staff hold Level 2 or higher Food Hygiene Certificates and are trained in allergen awareness, safe food handling, and crowd management.
The Client must ensure the event location is safe and suitable for food service, with appropriate space, ventilation, and crowd access.
If we believe the setup area poses safety or hygiene risks, we reserve the right to alter or refuse service until conditions are resolved.
We take allergies seriously.
All toppings and ingredients used in our catering services are clearly labelled with allergen information.
The Client must inform us in advance of any known dietary or allergen requirements among guests. While we take all reasonable precautions, cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Pearl Lemon Events accepts no liability for allergic reactions if full disclosure of guest requirements was not made in writing before the event.
We plan setup and service times carefully according to event schedules.
If service is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (including venue access issues, guest lateness, or weather), we will adapt where possible, but cannot guarantee full service time extension.
Additional time may be arranged in advance for a pre-agreed hourly rate.

Pearl Lemon Events carries Public Liability Insurance up to £5 million, covering all services performed at events.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to pursue mediation before considering legal proceedings.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Continued use of our services or acceptance of quotes after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with any confirmed quotation or written correspondence between the parties, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Pearl Lemon Events.
