Event & Hospitality Case Studies
Documented Pearl Lemon event and hospitality projects — brief, delivery structure and recorded output for Jaeger-LeCoultre, Microsoft, ITV and Centiva.
How we document delivery
Each case study below records a real Pearl Lemon project: the brief we were given, the constraints we worked inside, and what was actually delivered on site. Figures shown are the operational numbers recorded during the event, such as service days, guests supported and staff assigned. Projects were delivered by Pearl Lemon Group teams, including Pearl Lemon Catering for hospitality-led activations.
Case studies
Jaeger-LeCoultre — 10-day luxury retail activation
A multi-day coffee activation for a luxury watch brand, with two specialist baristas, brand-aligned service training and 4,006 cups served across the full run. Space was constrained, so layout and stock flow were planned before arrival.
- 01
Microsoft — self-service hospitality at the London Experience Centre
A drop-off coffee and tea service for 40 attendees delivered with zero on-site staff, structured so presentation and stock held for the full event without a live recovery layer.
- 02
ITV — branded beverage service inside a live office event
A bubble tea service for a major broadcaster, premade to hold quality under a tight turnaround, set up from an 11:45am arrival, with guest-facing interaction built into the brief rather than a straight drop-off.
- 03
Centiva — canapé and managed drinks service
A client-facing office event where food and drinks were run as one coordinated service environment, covering passed canapés, multiple beverage formats and client-supplied wine, with costing and staffing planned in detail.
