Case Study: Branded Beverage Service for an ITV Office Event
Branded beverage experience for an ITV office event: premade production, 11:45am setup and staffed guest interaction on a tight turnaround.
The brief
ITV wanted something different for an office event and selected Pearl Lemon to deliver a branded bubble tea service that would feel engaging and memorable for attendees. That required menu curation, fast preparation, timed delivery and on-site interaction with guests.
The numbers
- 1 major brand event supported
- Multiple bubble tea flavours premade before delivery
- 11:45am arrival for setup
- Full guest-facing service delivered on site
What made it difficult
Novelty alone does not carry an event
A distinctive format attracts attention, but if service feels rushed or disorganised the novelty wears off fast. The service had to feel polished and intentional.
- 01
Tight timelines expose weak coordination
The event sat inside a tighter-than-normal turnaround window, so coordination had to move quickly from confirmation through to delivery, with no slow replies or unclear counts.
- 02
Guest experience depends on more than the drop-off
ITV wanted the team to stay, explain the flavours, talk through the background of the format and turn the service into a talking point rather than a standard refreshment drop.
- 03
How we delivered it
We shaped the menu around the office event, premade the selected flavours so quality and variety both held under time pressure, arrived at 11:45am to set up, and ran a staffed, guest-facing service throughout.

Why it matters for event buyers
Branded experiences inside live workplaces run on turnaround discipline and staffed interaction. The controls used here — early production, timed arrival and briefed guest-facing staff — are the same ones we apply to brand activations and sponsor experiences at scale.
