Catherine oversees catering coordination across all Pearl Lemon Events functions. She manages menu planning, dietary compliance, kitchen coordination, staffing allocations, and service timelines. Her role requires tight communication between front-of-house teams, kitchen staff, suppliers, and event managers. She ensures food presentation, portion control, and service pacing remain consistent whether the event is a boardroom lunch for 20 guests or a large corporate function with hundreds of attendees.
