Multi-day conference technical production
A congress is several events running at once. Plenary, parallel tracks, poster areas, workshops and an exhibition hall each need their own technical plan, and all of them share a single schedule. We build the production specification per room, staff each one, and run speaker preview so content arrives before the session rather than during it.
