For procurement, events and finance teams
Enterprise Event Agency Frameworks for Annual and Multi-City Programmes
When a business runs many events a year, booking a new agency for each one adds supplier onboarding, inconsistent pricing and unclear accountability. A framework agreement puts a year or more of events, across one city or several, under one agency with agreed terms, budgeting and reporting.
What a framework covers
Supplier consolidation
One agency contract in place of separate venue, production, staffing and logistics agreements for each event, with suppliers contracted and managed through us.
Risk ownership
A written split of who owns which risks: what sits with us, what sits with suppliers we contract and what stays with your team.
Procurement due diligence
Supplier onboarding information and our capability statement for your review. Compliance documents are supplied subject to availability and are confirmed during onboarding.
Rate card or programme budgeting
Either an agreed rate card for recurring services or a programme budget set across the year, depending on how your finance team prefers to work.
Reporting
Regular reporting on spend against budget and post-event reconciliation, at a frequency agreed in the contract.
Service levels
Response and delivery service levels are agreed per contract, not offered as a standard promise.
How a framework is set up
Programme review
We look at the year's calendar, cities, formats and current suppliers.
Proposal and terms
Scope, budgeting model, reporting and service levels set out for your procurement review.
Onboarding
Supplier onboarding, documentation and a shared programme schedule.
Delivery and review
Events delivered under the framework, with periodic reviews of spend and performance.
What we will confirm with you rather than assume
- Specific accreditations, certifications or insurance levels your policy requires
- Which services are delivered by our team and which by contracted suppliers
- Service levels, which are agreed in the contract for each framework

Questions buyers ask
Do we have to commit to a fixed number of events?
Not necessarily. Some frameworks set a programme budget for the year; others agree a rate card and call off events as needed. We set out both options in the proposal.
Can you work within our procurement process?
Yes. We respond to RFPs and supplier onboarding requests and supply our capability statement. Compliance documents are provided subject to availability and confirmed during onboarding.
Who is accountable when a supplier fails?
For suppliers contracted through us, we are. The framework sets out in writing which risks sit with us, with those suppliers and with your team.
What size of programme is this for?
Frameworks suit organisations with several events a year, and typical individual programmes start from £50,000.
Ready to scope it?
Send the outline, even if it is only the cities, dates and audience, and we will set out a scope and the questions we need answered. Or call +44 20 7183 3436.
