Event-to-Pipeline Programmes for Enterprise B2B Teams

Executive dinners, customer forums and roadshows are usually bought to move conversations forward. We plan and produce those events so that the right people are invited, every registration is opt-in, the agenda makes room for meetings, and your sales and marketing teams receive a clean, permissioned record afterwards.

What we plan and run

  • Format and audience definition

Agree who the event is for, the format that suits them (dinner, forum, briefing, roadshow) and how many guests the format can host well.

  • Opt-in registration and attendee qualification

Registration pages and invitations with clear consent wording, plus the qualifying questions your team wants asked, so each guest record is usable and lawful.

  • Meetings and agenda

Agenda time for one-to-one or small-group meetings, scheduling between guests and your hosts, and briefing notes for hosts on who is attending.

  • Production and on-site running

Venue, AV, catering, staffing and a named event lead on the day, using the same production team as our wider conference work.

  • CRM-ready post-event handoff

Attendance and meeting records returned in the format your CRM team specifies, limited to what guests agreed to share.

How we propose to measure it

At proposal stage we agree the measures your team will track, such as registrations against invitations, attendance against registrations, meetings held and records handed over. These are proposed measures we report on, not targets we guarantee. Sales outcomes after the handoff depend on your team's follow-up and are not something we promise.

Owned production, separate lead generation

Pearl Lemon Events owns the event: format, registration, guest management, production and the handoff. Invitations go to your own contacts or to audiences you supply. If a programme needs outbound prospecting to build the invitation list, that is a separately contracted lead-generation service with its own scope and terms, and we will say so in the proposal rather than fold it into the event price.

What we do not promise

  • A guaranteed number of attendees, qualified opportunities or sales-qualified leads
  • A return on investment or conversion rate
  • Contacting people who have not agreed to hear from you

Questions buyers ask

Is this a lead-generation service?

No. We plan, produce and run the event and hand over permissioned attendee records. Building an invitation list through outbound prospecting is a separate service, scoped and contracted separately if you need it.

Do you guarantee attendance or pipeline?

No. We agree proposed measures at proposal stage and report on them, but we do not guarantee attendee numbers, qualified leads, sales or return on investment.

How is guest data handled?

Registration uses opt-in consent wording agreed with you. We collect only the fields your team asks for and return records in the format your CRM team specifies, limited to what guests agreed to share.

What budget level do these programmes start at?

Typical programmes start from £50,000. Cost depends on the number of events, cities, guests and production, and is itemised in the proposal.

Ready to scope it?

Send the outline, even if it is only the cities, dates and audience, and we will set out a scope and the questions we need answered. Or call +44 20 7183 3436.
